Hello, my name is Malcolm Clemson, the owner of Worfield Windows. After serving an apprenticeship as a carpenter joiner, I went on to work installing windows and doors for most of the major home improvement companies. Being self employed I started to buy windows and doors from local manufacturers. Not being able to control the delivery and quality of products started to become an issue so in 1995 I decided to start manufacturing my own frames.
My experience as an installer stretches from 1980 till now, nearly 44 years, and my experience as a manufacturer is nearing 30 years so, as you can imagine, I have seen the replacement window and door industry evolve from a fledgling industry to the forward thinking industry it is today.
Replacement windows and doors today have never offered so much in terms of choice insulation and value
My sons joined the business later so between us there is around 75 years of experience in installation and manufacturing windows and doors.
We are now replacing windows home owners replaced when the industry was in it’s infancy for the far superior products available today offing so much choice in terms of choice colour and security.
Our experience allows us to offer a repair or replacement service to door and window locks handles , hinges and sealed units,
Over the last 10 years we have seen the DIY supply only side of our business grow since we introduced our kit form porches which offer complete porches including roof if required direct to the home handyman.
